I really want to do something about my body, but I have always been too lazy to do so. A part of it is due to the fact that I work in the food industry and we don’t serve the most healthy food. Another part of it is I give up way too easy sometimes. Nonetheless, I really need to kick myself in gear and start making positive changes to my body. The part of me that I have always been the most unhappy with is my mid section. I’ve always had tiny man boobs and a less than pleasing stomach.

Literally, if you look at my shirtless midsection, it looks like a distorted face. Until I met Megan, I was always a little nervous and uncomfortable with my current body, but she has really helped me see past that. I’m really not that bad off, but it would be nice to have a flattened stomach and rock hard pecks.

What I need to do is focus on a diet. Work out, and stay dedicated to that plan.
